​The North East Turbo Regal Association (NETRA) is a dedicated car club for enthusiasts of the 1984–1987 Buick Turbo Regal models, including the T-Type, Turbo T, T Limited, and the iconic Grand National. Serving the northeastern United States—from Maine through Maryland—NETRA fosters a community united by a shared passion for these turbocharged 1980s legends. ​
